The #wishyouwerehere campaign is the latest campaign initiative from Interpal. As the holiday season beckons, and people start jet-setting around the globe, more and more people could be telling their friends, ‘wish you were here!’

However they are not the only ones saying ‘wish you were here’.

Palestinians everywhere are asking for your help, and they wish you were here.

Use one of these specially designed Facebook cover photos on your timeline or as your profile pic to help us spread awareness and help the people of Palestine.

Here is the first part of our 3 part video for our Ramadan campaign.

The man in the video seems to be enjoying his holiday, what could be the breaking news which will change that.

85 year old Aisha, and her brother Ahmed who is 73, live in a small yard in the Gaza Strip with no electricity or clean water supplies. They rely on neighbours to light their home with a makeshift electricity wire. After suffering multiple blood clots, Aisha’s mobility has severely deteriorated, and she has lost the sight in her left eye. Ahmed has a mental disability and, like Aisha, suffers from blocked blood vessels which affect his physical health. Interpal provides Aisha and Ahmed with a monthly sponsorship allowing them to cover their most basic needs and to celebrate Eid each year.
